TASK & RESULTS
The launch of the Oaklawn Rewards app represented a significant milestone in enhancing Oaklawn's loyalty program. The objective was to introduce the new mobile app through a cohesive marketing campaign that encouraged both existing rewards members and new users to download the app, create accounts, and engage with the platform.

Throughout my time at Oaklawn, I have had the opportunity to develop merchandise and promotional products that extend the brand beyond traditional marketing channels and into tangible guest experiences. These projects range from branded apparel and commemorative items to special event merchandise and collaborative collections created for both racing fans and casino guests.
Several projects involved partnerships with nationally recognized brands and organizations, including collaborations with Barstool Sports, requiring thoughtful integration of multiple brand identities while maintaining the integrity of the Oaklawn brand.

As part of Oaklawn’s ongoing efforts to enhance the guest experience, I developed a fully illustrated property map designed to help visitors navigate the expansive grounds in a clear, engaging, and visually cohesive way. The goal was to create a functional piece of way-finding that reflects the personality, and atmosphere of the Oaklawn brand.
